Beginners Strategy for Double-Hand Poker
October 18th, 2020 by Noelle

Double-hand Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in an excellent game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the croupier, not like most other poker games that gamblers bet with other players. By playing against the dealer, new players do not need to worry about other, more experienced individuals winning their cash.

Another Pai Gow benefit is the generally slow game play, novices can take their time and plan without needing to make quick choices.

It’s also simpler to wager on for a very long time with only a little bit of money after all, to not win, both of your hands has to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is given 7 cards face up and the house is given seven cards faces hidden.

One five card hand and one 2 card hand need to be made from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be better than the casino’s.
